Is parking free?
Yes. There is no fee for the multi-level parking garage behind the building. There is a covered walkway from the garage to the building which is convenient during inclement weather.

How do I create an account for the Patient Portal?
If you do not have an account, please call our office. We will create accounts for new patients and can assist established patients with resetting their passwords when requested.
